UX/UI Design

 

Overview

I collaborated closely with ByDesign Success Managers and Hurdle’s Internal Product Team to make enhancements across various Hurdle platforms, including the mobile app, client management tool, and WordPress website. One key area of concern was user drop-off during the cumbersome online registration process. I took the lead in refactoring the UX journey and adjusting the UI for improved legibility and ease of use.

HURDLE REGISTRATION WORKFLOWS

Given a detailed project requirements brief, I designed the UI and wireframes for this workflow from scratch in Figma. The goal was to make registration as quick and painless as possible. Since a large amount of information needed to be captured (mostly for legal requirements, as they are a therapy group), I opted to display one step at a time to avoid overwhelming users with unnecessary information. This project is currently being developed by Hurdle’s internal software team, and I will assist with UX testing as we roll it out.

 

HURDLE INTERNAL CLIENT MANAGEMENT TOOL

I created these additional pages for Hurdle's new internal portal, designed by ByDesign. During the process, I also redesigned the left navigation bar. My goal was to create a portal where users could access information in as few and simple visual steps as possible, while still maintaining a high level of data accessibility.

 
 

HURDLE MOBILE MEDITATION APP

Hurdle is currently designing and building its own meditation and mindfulness mobile application. During my work with them, I had the opportunity to propose new designs and pages for the app, using their existing UI toolkit.
